Neal Berger

Neal has been specializing in family law for over 20 years, including divorce, custody and guardianship cases.  He presently sits as a panelist on the Matrimonial Early Settlement Panels in Union and Morris Counties, and is a consultant for the NCJW Center for Women, providing legal advice in matrimonial and appointed law guardian for minor children in various family matters.  He is a member of the Bars of New Jersey, New York, Florida and the District of Columbia.
